工作意义感研究进展与热点分析——基于文献计量方法

摘要
随着社会发展及管理实践的演进,工作意义感已成为组织管理领域的关键变量,对员工工作投入、工作绩效等结果产生深刻影响,引发学界的广泛关注.本研究以引文可视化分析软件CiteSpace为工具,对Web of Science核心合集中1990~2023年发表的共2471条工作意义感相关文献进行计量分析,采用共被引分析、时区分析、突现分析等方法,对国际工作意义感领域的知识结构、研究热点和演变趋势进行挖掘和梳理,为后续研究者提供参考.
Abstract
With the development of society and management practices,work meaningfulness has become a key variable in the field of organizational management,which has a profound impact on employee engagement,performance and other results,attracting widespread attention.In this research,CiteSpace was used as a tool to conduct quantitative analysis on a total of 2471 literature related to work meaningfulness published in the Web of Science core collection from 1990 to 2023.Co-citation analysis,time zone analysis,and burst term detection were used to explore the knowledge structure,hotspots and trends in the field of work meaningfulness,providing reference for other researchers.
