Research on the Impact of Entrepreneurial Environment on College Students'Entrepreneurial Competence under the Background of Entrepreneurship and Innovation
This study used structural equation modeling to investigate the influence of entrepreneurial environment on the entrepreneurial competency of college students under the background of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation".The results indicated that psychological capital plays a partial mediating role in the effect of the entrepreneurial environment on the entrepreneurial competence of college students.College student entrepreneurs'perception and cognition of the policy environment and the perceived environment can enhance their self-confidence and sense of success,thus improving their psychological capital.However,a positive mental state can,to a certain extent,predict a higher level of entrepreneurial competence.This provides significant insights and a foundation for further research into the mechanism of how the entrepreneurial environment affects entrepreneurial competence.
