数字经济对城市绿色全要素生产率影响的机理分析

摘要
数字经济为提升新质生产力,推动绿色发展提供了技术支撑和模式创新,但数字产业的发展以及算力中心的建设也带来能耗上升等问题.绿色全要素生产率(GTFP)提升是发展新质生产力的重要目标,然而数字经济如何影响GTFP的机制尚不明确.鉴于此,本研究基于中国2011~2021年284个城市的数据,构建面板数据模型,探讨了数字经济对GTFP影响的内在机理.研究发现,数字经济对GTFP的影响呈现先促进后抑制的"倒U型"关系,存在明显的空间溢出效应.数字基础设施、产业数字化和政府数字关注度直接作用于GTFP的变化,数字产业化对GTFP的影响具有显著的空间溢出效应.本研究的结论对优化数字经济发展、提升GTFP提供了启示,对深化数字经济与绿色发展研究具有参考价值.
Abstract
The digital economy provides technological support and model innovation to enhance new quality productivity and promote green development,but the rapid development of the digital industry and the construction of arithmetic centers also bring about problems such as rising energy consumption.Green Total Factor Productivity(GTFP)enhancement is an important goal in the development of new quality productivity,yet the mechanisms of how the digital economy affects GTFP are unclear.In view of this,this study explored the intrinsic mechanism of the digital economy's impact on urban GTFP by constructing a panel data model based on data of 284 cities in China from 2011 to 2021.It is found that the impact of digital economy on urban GTFP showed an'inverted U-shaped'relationship of promotion followed by suppression,with obvious spatial spillover effects.Digital infrastructure,industrial digitization and government digital attention directly contributed to changes in GTFP,and the impact of digital industrialization on GTFP had significant spatial spillover effects.The findings provide insights into optimizing the development of digital economy and enhancing GTFP,and are of reference value in deepening the research on digital economy and green development.
