摘要
本研究聚焦科技型企业的理论内涵与关键特征,旨在为我国强化企业科技创新主体地位提供理论支持.本研究兼顾理论与实践,将科技型企业定义为"基于科学的技术创新驱动型企业",并提炼出其3条核心特征.研究结果对优化科技政策、提升国家创新体系效能具有重要价值.
Abstract
This study focused on the theoretical connotation and key features of science and technology-based enterprises,aiming to provide theoretical support for strengthening the primary role of enterprises in scientific and technological innovation in China.Integrating theory with practice,this study defined a technology-based enterprises as an'enterprise driven by technological innovation based on science'and extracted its three core characteristics.The findings are of significant value for optimizing science and technology policies and enhancing the efficiency of the national innovation system.
