摘要

核酸检测作为最重要传染病医疗检测技术之一,在急性传染病流行期间,为及时发现传染源、降低疫情扩散风险、落实"早发现"等疫情防控提供了强而有力的科技支撑.本研究针对病原体核酸筛查自动化系统技术,从专利申请趋势、地域(国别)分布、技术构成以及专利技术主要申请人等方面,对全球以及我国该领域专利态势进行分析,以期通过对比国内外发展的差异,找出国内病原体核酸筛查自动化系统研究领域存在的不足,并提出建议.

Abstract

Nucleic acid testing,as one of the most important medical testing technologies for infectious diseases,has provided robust scientific and technological support for epidemic prevention and control during infectious diseases,such as the timely detection of infection sources,the reduction of epidemic spread risk,and implementation of'early detection'.Based on the technology of pathogen nucleic acid screening automation system,this study analyzed the global and Chinese patent situation in this field from the aspects of patent application trends,regional(country)distribution,technology composition and main applicants of patent technology,in order to identify the shortcomings in the research field of pathogen nucleic acid screening automation system in China by comparing the differences between domestic and foreign developments,and put forward suggestions.
