学科交叉背景下优先领域选择和关键科学问题的识别方法研究

研判学科和科技发展态势,探索学科发展战略研究的创新组织模式和创新理论方法,关系到学科的优先领域选择和未来的战略布局.本研究基于纳米生物学学科发展战略研究的实证分析,通过研究学科交叉的一般模式,构建了基于智库视角的学科发展战略的二维象限模型.综合运用文献计量、专利分析、技术预见、重点研究方向识别、基于专家研判的共识形成等多种定量和定性相结合的方法,研究学科优先领域选择和关键科学问题的识别方法,形成纳米生物学8个优先领域清单以及6个关键科学问题.研究旨在有效促进学科的融合发展、布局优化和深层次交叉,进一步揭示科学共同体的组织建设与知识生产的创新性机制.
Research on Priority Areas Selection and Identification Methods of Key Scientific Issues in the Context of Interdisciplinarity
Assessing the development trend of disciplines and science and technology,exploring innovative organizational modes and theoretical methods for strategic research on disciplinary development are related to the selection of priority areas and future strategic layout of disciplines.Based on the empirical analysis of the development strategy of nanobiology discipline,this study constructed a two-dimensional quadrant model of discipline development strategy based on the perspective of think tanks by examining the general pattern of disciplinary intersection.By integrating quantitative and qualitative methods,including bibliometric analysis,patent analysis,technology foresight,the identification of key research directions,and consensus formation based on expert judgment,this study aimed to identify priority areas and key scientific issues in the field of nanobiology.A list of 8 priority areas and 6 key scientific issues in nanobiology was developed.This study aims to effectively promote the integrated development,layout optimization,and deep intersection of disciplines,and to further reveal the innovative mechanisms of organizational construction and knowledge production in scientific community.
