数据驱动的集成电路供应链效率演进研究

健全我国集成电路供应链是推动新型举国体制、攻克关键技术的重要任务.当前,我国集成电路产业面临"卡脖子"问题,亟需通过供应链的优化与协作突破技术瓶颈.为此,本研究分析了集成电路供应链上下游上市企业的区域效率及协作耦合结构,探讨了不同区域效率的时空演进特征.结果显示,各地市供应链协作水平持续提升,空间溢出效应显著,协作耦合促进了效率的提高.上游产业的效率与外部协作企业数量相关,中游和下游则需更多内部协作.基于以上结果,本研究建议以头部企业和城市为核心,构建适应不同产业的协作模式,提升供应链效率水平,进而助推集成电路产业突破技术瓶颈.
Research on Efficiency Evolution of Data-Driven Integrated Circuit Supply Chain
Strengthening China's integrated circuit(IC)supply chain is a crucial task to promote the new national system and overcome key technologies.Currently,the Chinese IC industry is facing bottlenecks that urgently require supply chain optimization and collaboration to break through technological barriers.In response,this study analyzed the regional efficiency and collaborative coupling structures of listed firms upstream and downstream of the IC supply chain,and explored the spatiotemporal evolution of efficiency across regions.The results showed that the level of supply chain collaboration across municipalities continued to improve,with significant spatial spillover effects and collaborative coupling promoting efficiency.The efficiency of upstream industries were related to the number of externally collaborating firms,while midstream and downstream industries required more internal collaboration.Based on these findings,this study suggested focusing on leading enterprises and cities to develop collaboration models tailored to different industries,thereby improving supply chain efficiency and helping the IC industry break through the technological bottlenecks.
