As the first resource to promote social and economic development,promoting the gathering of scientific and technological talents is a key link in accelerating the construction of a green,low-carbon and circular economic system.This paper uses bidirectional fixed and hierarchical regression methods to study the impact and internal mechanism of scientific and technological talent agglomeration on the efficiency of green economy,and analyzes the moderating role of financial development and government support at different nodes of the transmission path.The results show that:(1)The agglomeration of scientific and technological talents has a significant role in promoting the efficiency of green economy,and there are regional differences in its influencing effect.(2)Both green technology innovation and industrial structure upgrading have a partial mediating effect on the influence of scientific and technological talent agglomeration on green economy efficiency.(3)Financial service level can positively moderate the impact of industrial structure upgrading on green economic efficiency,while government support can positively moderate the impact of green technology innovation on green economic efficiency.The conclusions of the paper can provide some enlightenment for promoting the construction of highland of scientific and technological talents in China.
