In the era of digital economy,customer value creation has become an important part of corporate success.Based on the existing research on customer value creation,this paper explores the theory of value creation and the concept of customer value;analyzes the role of different types of customer participation in the process of value creation;summarizes the form of customer value,according to the logic of evolution from primary to secondary;and finally attempts to construct a digital customer value creation model and puts forward some suggestions for future research and development of this topic on the basis of model interpretation.
