摘要
数字经济下的数字金融迅速崛起,数字金融对港口经济转型升级具有重要影响.以宁波舟山港实践为例,对数字金融促进港口经济转型升级的机理和问题开展分析研究,从强化供应链金融、着力发展区块链技术、加快港口数字金融基础设施建设、完善港口数字金融结构、建立港口数字金融人才培养机制、健全港口数字金融管控体系等方面提出建议.
Abstract
With the rapid rise of digital finance in the digital economy,the impact of digital finance on the transformation and upgrading of port economy is significant.Taking the practice of Ningbo Zhoushan Port as an example,this paper analyzes and studies the mechanism and problems of digital finance to promote the transformation and upgrading of port economy,and puts forward suggestions from the aspects of strengthening supply chain finance,focusing on the development of blockchain technology,accelerating the construction of port digital financial infrastructure,improving the port digital financial structure,establishing a port digital financial talent training mechanism,and improving the port digital financial management and control system.
