新形势下广州市产业孵化高质量发展策略
The High-quality Development Strategy of Industrial Incubation in Guangzhou Under the New Situation

摘要
当前,新一轮科技革命加速产业变革,孵化器作为产业创新生态承上启下的枢纽,在促进"四链"深度融合和创新创业纵深发展方面发挥着重要作用.在系统梳理广州市孵化育成发展现状的基础上,对比北京、上海等国内其他先进地区,寻找广州存在的问题与差距,从推动产业孵化政策创新、构建孕育未来产业的产业孵化体系、支持多主体创新、打造产业孵化服务体系等4个方面提出推动广州市产业孵化高质量发展的对策建议.
Abstract
Currently,a new round of scientific and technological revolution is accelerating industrial transformation.As hubs connecting the industrial innovation ecology,incubators play an important role in promoting the deep integration of the"four chains"and the in-depth development of innovation and entrepreneurship.On the basis of systematically combing the current situation of incubation and incubation development in Guangzhou,this paper finds out the problems and gaps in Guangzhou with reference to Beijing,Shanghai and other advanced regions in China,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of industrial incubation in Guangzhou from four aspects:promoting industrial incubation policy innovation,building an industrial incubation system that nurtures future industries,supporting multi-subject innovation,and building an industrial incubation service system.
