摘要
为抢抓数字化建设机遇,实施"智能制造"发展战略,推进"专精特新"企业数字化转型迫在眉睫.以"技术-组织-环境"(TOE)框架为基础,从技术、组织和环境逻辑视角构建"专精特新"企业数字化转型系统动力学模型,对技术创新子系统、组织子系统及环境子系统进行定性分析,对"专精特新"企业数字化转型的系统特征及影响机制进行研究.最后,从技术、组织及环境3个层面提出针对性建议.
Abstract
In order to seize the opportunity of digital construction,and implement the development strategy of"intelligent manufacturing",it is urgent to promote the digital transformation of specialized,refined,diffential and innovative(SRDI)enterprises.Based on the"technology-organization-environment"(TOE)framework,this paper constructs a dynamic model of the digital transformation system of SRDI enterprises from the perspective of technology,organization and environment,qualitatively analyzes the technological innovation subsystem,organizational subsystem,and environmental subsystem,and studies the system characteristics and influencing mechanism of the digital transformation of SRDI enterprises.Finally,the paper puts forward targeted suggestions from three aspects:technology,organization and environment.
