摘要
面对新一轮科技革命和产业变革,中国坚持把科技创新摆在国家发展全局的核心位置,全面谋划国家科技创新中心布局,支持有条件地区建设区域科技创新中心.通过梳理分析山西、河南、安徽、湖北、江西、湖南等中部六省建设区域科技创新中心的基础条件和战略举措,归纳其中的共性部分形成经验总结,并为中部地区加快区域科技创新中心建设提出建议.
Abstract
In the face of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,China insists on putting scientific and technological innovation at the core of the overall national development,comprehensively plans the layout of national scientific and technological innovation centers,and supports the construction of regional scientific and technological innovation centers in qualified areas.This paper analyzes the basic conditions and strategic measures for the construction of regional scientific and technological innovation centers in the six central provinces of Shanxi,Henan,Anhui,Hubei,Jiangxi,and Hunan,summarizes the common parts to form an experience summary,and puts forward suggestions for accelerating the construction of regional scientific and technological innovation centers in the central region.
