摘要

北斗卫星导航系统作为我国近年来的重大科技成果,是事关国计民生的大国重器.如何加快北斗导航技术产业化从而赋能千行百业新质生产力发展,成为高质量发展和实现中国式现代化的重要议题.场景驱动创新作为数字经济时代涌现的创新范式,是我国完善国家创新体系、加快战略性新兴产业和未来产业发展的重要思维范式.以场景驱动创新为理论基础,探讨场景驱动北斗卫星导航技术创新与产业化的理论逻辑,进一步分析北斗导航技术场景化应用赋能新质生产力的实践路径.最后,为相关领域的从业者和决策者提供加快北斗导航技术向现实生产力转化的对策建议.

Abstract

The Beidou Navigation Satellite System(BDS),as a significant scientific and technological achievement in recent years,is a pivotal tool for the nation's well-being and livelihood.Accelerating the industrialization of Beidou navigation technology to empower the development of new quality productivity forces across various industries has become a crucial issue for achieving high-quality development and realizing Chinese-style modernization.Context-driven innovation,emerging as an innovation paradigm in the era of the digital economy,is an important mindset for China to improve its national innovation system and accelerate the development of strategic emerging industries and future industries.This study,based on the theory of context-driven innovation,explores the theoretical logic of scene driven innovation and industrialization in Beidou satellite navigation technology.It further analyzes the practical pathways for the application of Beidou navigation technology in scenes to empower new quality productivity forces.Finally,it provides strategic recommendations for practitioners and policymakers in related fields to accelerate the transformation of Beidou navigation technology into real productivity.
