摘要

以花粉俱乐部网站为例,通过网络爬虫技术采集开放式创新平台用户网上留言与线上评论,运用K-means算法和Kano模型等方法,分析并界定用户对开放式创新社区的需求类型.结果发现,奖励制度、官方反馈属于兴奋型需求;服务、用户体验属于期望型需求;产品、互动属于基本型需求;广告、社区运营、发帖规范则属于无差异型需求.最后,根据需求类型的不同对开放式创新社区改进方向提出相关建议,以支持开放式创新社区进一步改进和优化.

Abstract

Taking the Pollen Club as an example,this paper uses web crawler technology to collect online messages and comments from users of the open innovation platform,and uses K-means algorithm and Kano model to analyze and define the types of users'needs for the open innovation community.The results show that the reward system and official feedback belong to the excitatory needs,the service and user experience belong to the expectation needs,the products and interactions belong to the basic needs,and the advertising,community operation,and posting specifications belong to the undifferentiated needs.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions for open innovation community according to the different types of requirements,so as to support the further improvement and optimization of open innovation community.
