绿色城市建设试点下青岛市绿色创新能力评价研究

摘要
青岛市是全国首个绿色城市建设发展试点城市.在构建城市绿色创新评价指标体系基础上,结合青岛市 2012-2021年具体数据,从绿色创新投入、绿色创新产出、绿色创新环境、绿色创新转化4 个层面,运用熵权法评价其绿色创新能力.结果发现,青岛市绿色创新能力在波动中呈现上升态势.基于此,从提高环境友好能力、保障知识产出、增加绿色创新投入和完善绿色创新服务机制等方面提出相应对策建议.
Abstract
Qingdao is the first pilot city for green city construction in China.Building upon the established framework of urban green innovation indicators,this paper utilizes data from 2012 to 2021 to assess Qingdao's green innovation capacity via the entropy method,through four dimensions:green innovation input,green innovation output,green innovation environment,and green innovation transformation.The results show that Qingdao's green innovation capacity has shown a rising trend amidst fluctuations.Based on these findings,the paper proposes strategic recommendations to enhance environmental friendliness,ensure knowledge outputs,increase green innovation investments,and improve green innovation service mechanisms.
