Measurement of Influencing Factors of Innovation Performance of Manufacturing Enterprises:Analysis Based on the Data of High-Tech Enterprises in Guangzhou
In order to accelerate the promotion of Guangzhou's manufacturing-mentered strategy and cultivate and expand several billions-of-yuan-level advanced manufacturing industry clusters,this paper takes manufacturing high-tech enterprises as the research object,uses the data of 2022 Guangzhou High-Tech Enterprise Torch Statistical Annual Report,and analyzes the important factors affecting the innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises.The results show that the number of overseas talents,the number of R&D institutions within enterprises,government fiscal and tax funds,bank loans and venture capital have a significant positive effect on the innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises.Through the analysis of heterogeneous effects,it is found that compared with small and micro manufacturing high-tech enterprises,the R&D expenditure from bank loans has a greater impact on the innovation performance of large and medium-sized manufacturing high-tech enterprises,but the R&D expenditure from venture capital only positively promotes the innovation performance of small and micro manufacturing high-tech enterprises.Therefore,the paper puts up suggestions like increasing the introduction of overseas talents,promoting the construction of R&D institutions of manufacturing enterprises actively,continuing to accurately implement financial support for R&D funds of enterprises,and improving the environment for scientific and technological investment and financing,so as to enhance the independent innovation ability of manufacturing enterprises and lead to support the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.
