Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2003 to 2019,this paper constructs an indicator system of common prosperity from the three dimensions of overall prosperity,common development and harmonious coexistence,and then examines the impact of entrepreneurial spirit on common prosperity.It is found that entrepreneurial innovation and entrepreneurship have a significant role in enhancing the level of common prosperity.The mechanism study finds that entrepreneurial spirit promotes the development of common wealth by facilitating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and the government plays a moderating role in the process of the positive effect.The threshold effect analysis shows that digital infrastructure has a single threshold effect.When digital infrastructure crosses the threshold value,the promoting effect of entrepreneurial spirit on common prosperity will be enhanced.In addition,the heterogeneous effect of entrepreneurial spirit on common prosperity exists in three aspects:geographical region,economic development,and industrial structure.The paper clarifies the relationship between entrepreneurial spirit and regional common prosperity,providing referencce and enlightenment for further cultivating and stimulating entrepreneurial spirit and solidly promoting common prosperity.
