The application of achievements in science and technology research is an important way to promote scientific and technological(S&T)innovation to achieve economic benefits.And state-owned enterprises,as the backbone of the country's stable economy,are of great significance to strengthen the main position of enterprises in S&T innovation and promote their application of achievements in science and technology research.This paper summarizes the applicable policies for the application of achievements in science and technology research of state-owned enterprises,analyzes the problems existing in the design of the transformation mechanism,contract selection,tax incentives,achievement pricing,and incentive distribution.The paper proposes that it is necessary to clarify specific requirements,build a standardized and reasonable management system,establish a reasonable and efficient medium and long-term incentive mechanism,and carry out comprehensive analysis under the guidance of legal and financial experts to promote the effective application of achievements in science and technology research of state-owned enterprises.
