摘要
目前河北南网一些已运行多年的变电站，其电能表计量二次回路接线混乱，线头标识不清，并且二次线无可靠固定。在进行更换电能表时容易造成接线混乱，导致电流二次回路开路和电压二次回路短路接地，影响人身和设备安全。本文从电能计量专业实际工作出发，本着解决在更换电能表时经常遇到的问题，提出了“一种更换电能表用线夹”，从而满足电能计量工作的需要。工作的安全性得到了大大提高。
Abstract
At present some substation has been running for many years in south power network in hebei province,the watt-hour meter measuring secondary circuit wiring chaos,thread identifier is not clear, and the second line is fixed. Easy wiring confusion when replaced watt-hour meter,lead to the secondary circuit current grounding short circuit, open circuit and voltage secondary circuits affect personal and equipment safety.This article embarks from the electric energy metering professional practical work,in line with the problem of frequently encountered when replacement of watt-hour meter,put forward the "clip" a replacement watt-hour meter, so as to meet the need of the electric energy metering.The safety of the work has been greatly improved.
