摘要
随着我国高职教育的蓬勃发展，高职学生的就业已经不只限于找一份理想的工作，一部分学生在高职院校的创业教育与培训中，开始走上自主创业的道路，在高职学生自主创业的过程中，有成功也有失败，高职院校有必要对学生自主创业的特点进行分析，采取相应对策，从而提高学生自主创业的成功率。
Abstract
With the rapid development of China's higher vocational education,the employment of higher vocational students has not only to find an ideal job,entrepreneurship education and training a part of the students in the college,embarked on the path of independent the road of entrepreneurship,process in the students'independent venture,there are successes and failures,the characteristics of higher vocational colleges is necessary the students independent venture analysis,adopt corresponding countermeasures, so as to improve the students' independent entrepreneurial success rate.
