省属师范院校创新人才培养模式探索——以河北师范大学为例

摘要
随着国家经济和社会的发展,高素质、全面发展的人才已成为推进中国现代化建设的重要力量.作为人才培养的主要场所,高校肩负着巨大的责任和使命,其培养目标必须符合国家战略需求和经济社会发展需要.而师范类院校则更应该重视创新人才培养,因为他们不仅要具备专业知识和技能,还要具有前沿思维和问题解决能力,成长为各领域的优秀教育工作者和创新型人才.然而,传统的人才培养模式面临种种挑战.一方面,由于大量的学科知识和理论体系的涌现,学生必须在短时间内掌握庞杂的知识,这些知识往往过于繁杂和抽象,难以真正地影响到学生的创造性思维和实践能力.另一方面,快速变化的社会和职场环境也要求学生具备更强的应变能力和创新意识,但传统教育模式往往无法培养这些能力.因此,高校需要对现有的人才培养模式进行突破性创新,探索更好的途径来实现创新型人才的培养.本文以河北师范大学为例,探讨省属师范院校创新人才培养的途径和方法.
Abstract
With the development of national economy and society,high-quality and well-developed talents have become an im-portant force to promote China's modernization.As the main place of talent training,colleges and universities shoulder huge respon-sibilities and missions,and their training objectives must meet the national strategic needs and the needs of economic and social de-velopment.Normal colleges and universities should pay more attention to the cultivation of innovative talents,because they should not only have professional knowledge and skills,but also have cutting-edge thinking and problem solving ability,and grow into ex-cellent educators and innovative talents in various fields.However,the traditional talent training model faces various challenges.On the one hand,due to the emergence of a large number of subject knowledge and theoretical systems,students must master a large number of complex knowledge in a short time,which is often too complicated and abstract,and it is difficult to really affect students'creative thinking and practical ability.On the other hand,the rapidly changing social and workplace environment also requires students to have a stronger sense of adaptability and innovation,but traditional education models often fail to cultivate these abili-ties.Therefore,colleges and universities need to make a breakthrough innovation on the existing talent training mode and explore a better way to achieve the cultivation of innovative talents.This paper will take Hebei Normal University as an example to explore the ways and methods of training innovative talents in provincial normal colleges.
