太阳能发电领域复合型人才培养模式探讨

太阳能发电是新能源科学与工程专业人才培养的重点方向之一,培养光伏—光热发电复合型人才符合我国太阳能发电行业的发展趋势。本文分析了太阳能发电人才培养现状,指出了现有太阳能发电人才培养模式中,单一聚焦光伏发电的问题,结合行业发展与学生竞争力等方面,探索了培养光伏—光热发电复合型人才的优势,结合我校新能源科学与工程专业,提出了合理提升光热发电教学内容的具体方法,对太阳能发电领域复合型人才培养的优化措施进行了探讨。
Solar power generation is one of the key directions for talent cultivation in the field of New Energy Science and En-gineering.Cultivating photovoltaic-solar thermal power generation composite talents is in line with the development trend of China's solar power generation industry.The current situation of talent cultivation in solar power generation was analyzed in the paper.The problem of a single focus on photovoltaic power generation in the existing talent training mode of solar power generation was pointed out.Combining industry development and student competitiveness,the advantages of cultivating photovoltaic-solar thermal power generation composite talents were explored.Based on the New Energy Science and Engineering major in our institute,the specific methods of reasonably enhancing the teaching content of solar thermal power generation were proposed.Optimization measures for cultivating composite talents in the field of solar power generation were discussed.
