高职院校应用电子技术专业人才培养转型与教学改革

摘要
高职院校人才培养工作目前存在着教学模式单一、学生学习目标盲目、学习过程评价体系缺失等问题,教师面临教学模式和教学关系变革的巨大挑战.本文采用线上线下混合式教学模式将传统教学与网络教学有机结合,校企共同确定"知岗位、熟设备、明原理、析工艺"的三维教学目标.创新理虚实一体化的PTCA教学策略,探索混合式教学在探索实践中完成了"三转"教学改革.探寻应用电子技术专业培养工作创新发展路径,以实现人才培养工作满足新时代经济社会发展需要的目标.
Abstract
At present,there are problems in the talent cultivation work of vocational colleges,such as a single teaching mode,blind learning goals for students,lack of learning process evaluation system,and the huge challenges faced by teachers in terms of teaching mode and teaching relationship transformation.Vocational colleges need to establish scientific principles,adopt relevant countermeasures that take into account internal and external reasons and influencing factors,explore innovative development paths for the training of applied electronic technology majors,and achieve the goal of meeting the needs of economic and social develop-ment in the era of talent training.
