基于OBE理念的"公司金融学"课程线上线下混合式教学改革的思考

摘要
"公司金融学"是一门应用性和实践性很强的课程,作为金融学类专业的核心课程,具有十分重要的作用.为了进一步提高现代"公司金融学"课程教学质量,更好地服务于新时代金融企业对于人才的发展需要,本文通过OBE理念的视角对"公司金融学"线上线下混合式教学提出一些改进建议,通过多角度的深入剖析,实现"公司金融学"课程更好地服务当代金融人才发展的战略需求,也为高校"公司金融学"课程改革提供一定的思路.
Abstract
Corporate finance is a highly applied and practical course,and as the core course of finance majors,it plays a very important role.In order to further improve the teaching quality of modern corporate finance courses and better serve the talent de-velopment needs of financial enterprises in the new era,this article proposes some improvement suggestions for the blended online and offline teaching of corporate finance from the perspective of the OBE concept.Through in-depth analysis from multiple perspec-tives,the goal is to better serve the strategic needs of contemporary financial talent development in corporate finance courses,It also provides certain ideas and references for the reform of corporate finance courses in universities.
