摘要
"安全管理学"是安全工程专业人才培养的核心课程,对学生安全管理思维、安全管理能力及工程素养的培养起着重要的作用.针对"安全管理学"授课过程中存在的问题,结合数字化教学手段,进行了课程教学改革的系列探究与实践.通过优化课程目标,重构教学内容,深度融合线上线下教学,改革教学方式,结合翻转课堂及对话式课堂,强化"三进""三融合"教学,侧重学生的综合能力及安全素养的培养,有效提高了教学效果,期望这些改革举措及经验为安全工程类人才培养提供参考.
Abstract
"Safety Management"is an important course for the talent cultivation of Safety Engineering.It plays an important role in cultivating students'safety management thinking,safety management ability,and engineering literacy.A series of explora-tions and practices have been carried out on the teaching reform of the course"Safety Management"in response to the problems encountered during the teaching process,combined with digital education methods.Based on the measures such as optimizing course objectives,restructuring teaching content,deeply integrating online and offline teaching,reforming teaching methods,combi-ning flipped teaching and dialogue-teaching mode,focusing on the cultivation of students'comprehensive literacy and abilities,the teaching effectiveness have been effectively improved.We hope that these measures and experiences can provide reference for the talent cultivation of Safety Engineering.
