摘要
"生物化学"是高等院校开设的一门重要基础理论课,其知识体系复杂,分子结构和代谢途径抽象难懂,且教学内容不断更新和发展,使得传统的课程教学方法难以适应培养创新人才的需求.案例教学是一种基于问题和情境的教学方法,本研究将案例教学融入高校"生物化学"课程教学,有效激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学生分析与解决问题的能力,提升了科学素养,培养了学生的团队合作精神和批判性思维,为高校"生物化学"课程中案例教学的推广与应用提供了有益的借鉴和参考.
Abstract
"Biochemistry"is an important foundational theoretical course offered in higher education institutions.Its knowl-edge system is complex,with abstract concepts of molecular structures and metabolic pathways.Furthermore,the teaching content is constantly evolving,making it difficult for traditional teaching methods to meet the demands of cultivating innovative talents.Case-based teaching,a problem-and context-based approach,was integrated into higher education"biochemistry"courses in this study.It effectively stimulated students'interest in learning,improved their analytical and problem-solving abilities,enhanced their scien-tific literacy,and developed their teamwork and critical thinking skills.This research provides valuable insights and references for the promotion and application of case-based teaching in higher education"biochemistry"courses.
