基于分布式光纤声学检测技术的带式输送机健康监测系统研究

实时地对带式输送机当前的运行状态进行监测,判断其是否正常运行,是保障带式输送机安全且稳定运行的关键。为了解决带式输送机实时运行状态的监测监控问题,保障带式输送机安全稳定运行,本文通过分布式光纤声学检测技术对带式输送机运行状态进行实时监测,结合声发射检测方式,基于分布式光纤声波识别技术[C-OTDR(DAS)],系统实时采集并记录带式输送机的声发射数据,实现实时的、全天候的监测带式输送机并提供健康监测的预警服务,为实际的带式输送机运维工作提供决策依据。
Research on Belt Conveyor Health Monitoring System Based on Distributed Fiber Optic Acoustic Detection Technology
Real-time monitoring of the current operating status of the belt conveyor to determine whether it is operating normal-ly is the key to ensuring the safe and stable operation of the belt conveyor.In order to solve the problem of monitoring and supervi-sing the real-time running status of belt conveyor and to guarantee the safe and stable operation of belt conveyor,this paper carries out real-time monitoring of the running status of belt conveyor by means of distributed fiber optic acoustic detection technology,combining with the acoustic emission detection method based on distributed fiber optic acoustic wave recognition technology[C-OT-DR(DAS)],the system real-time collects and records the acoustic emission data of the belt conveyor,realizes the Real-time,all-weather monitoring of the belt conveyor and provide health monitoring early warning service,to provide decision-making basis for the actual operation and maintenance of the belt conveyor.
