OBE-CDIO模式下地学仪器方向研究生双创能力培养体系研究

当前我国多数高等工科院校的研究生双创教育所采用的传统模式已经不能满足时代需求。本文开展OBE-CDIO模式下研究生双创能力培养体系研究与实践,基于成果导向的发展策略,结合CDIO理念构建研究生五维融合双创培养平台,辅以OBE理念反馈优化该平台,全面构建具有反向设计、正向实施特色的双创人才培养体系。以东华理工大学仪器仪表工程方向在研究生双创能力培养方面的改革成果说明,OBE-CDIO模式能够为特色专业研究生双创能力培养模式的探索提供参考经验。
Research on Training System of Double Innovation Ability of Graduate Students in Geoscience Instrumentation under OBE-CDIO Mode
At present,the traditional mode adopted by most higher engineering colleges for postgraduate dual-innovation edu-cation can no longer meet the needs of the times.This paper carries out the research and practice of graduate students dual-innova-tion ability cultivation system under the OBE-CDIO mode,based on the development strategy of ideological leadership and result o-rientation,combining the CDIO concept to build a five-dimensional integration dual-innovation cultivation platform for graduate students,supplemented by the feedback and optimisation of the platform with the OBE concept,and comprehensively constructing a dual-innovation talent cultivation system with the characteristics of reverse design and forward implementation.The reform results of East China University of Technology instrumentation engineering direction in the cultivation of graduate students'dual-innovation a-bility show that the OBE-CDIO model can provide reference experience for the exploration of the cultivation mode of graduate students'dual-innovation ability in speciality majors.
