摘要
"岗课赛证"融通综合育人模式是现代职业教育体系建设改革的重要方向,根据冷链物流技术与管理专业育人模式需求分析,提出了"岗课赛证"融通综合育人模式探索,依托培养学生职业能力、构建课程体系、多主体协同育人、深化"三教"改革等,提升技术技能人才培养质量.
Abstract
On the Comprehensive education model of Integrating"Posts,Courses,Competitions and Certificates"is an impor-tant direction for the construction and reform of modern vocational education system.According to cold-chain logistics technology and management major of the education model demand analysis,this thesis puts forward the comprehensive education model explo-ration of integrating"Posts,Courses,Competitions and Certificates",relies on training vocational ability of students,constructs cur-riculum system,collaborates multi-subject education,and helps deepen the reform of"teacher,teaching materials,teaching method-ology"etc so as to improve the quality of the education for technical and skilled talents comprehensively.
