In the context of the"Double First-Class"initiative,fostering innovative talent among graduate students has e-merged as a pivotal topic in higher education reform.Local universities are confronted with issues such as subpar talent cultivation quality and insufficient innovation capabilities.To address these challenges,taking the training of software engineering graduate students as a case study,a multi-dimensional collaborative talent cultivation model is proposed.This model integrates meticulous mentorship with differentiated student development,emphasizing the integration of theory with practice.It focuses on cultivating students'innovative thinking,practical abilities,and teamwork skills,which has significantly propelled the development of software engineering graduate education and yielded notable practical outcomes.
