软件工程专业研究生多维度协同人才培养新模式

"双一流"建设背景下,研究生创新人才培养成为高校教育改革的重要议题。地方性高校面临人才培养质量不高、创新能力不足等问题。为此,以软件工程专业研究生培养为例,提出多维度协同人才培养模式,探索校政企多维度协同研究生人才培养的新途径,该模式将导师精细化培育和学生差异化发展相结合,强调理论与实践相结合,注重培养学生的创新思维能力、实践能力和团队合作能力,有力推动了软件工程专业研究生教育发展,实践成效显著。
In the context of the"Double First-Class"initiative,fostering innovative talent among graduate students has e-merged as a pivotal topic in higher education reform.Local universities are confronted with issues such as subpar talent cultivation quality and insufficient innovation capabilities.To address these challenges,taking the training of software engineering graduate students as a case study,a multi-dimensional collaborative talent cultivation model is proposed.This model integrates meticulous mentorship with differentiated student development,emphasizing the integration of theory with practice.It focuses on cultivating students'innovative thinking,practical abilities,and teamwork skills,which has significantly propelled the development of software engineering graduate education and yielded notable practical outcomes.
