在对教学现状分析的基础上,贯彻CDIO理念,构建了化工机械安装与维修实验的基础技能、专业应用、综合创新三个课程层次,三个层次互为支撑、层层提升,并融合课程思政教育、多元综合评价体系及"双师型"教师队伍、工程实践教学团队建设等,形成了特色教学形式,有效保障了应用型人才培养路线的实施.该课程体系的构建与实践,突出了实践操作,培养了行业精神,锻炼了学生动手操作的习惯,大大提高了学生的实践兴趣和热情,培养了学生动手、动脑和解决问题的能力,极大地促进了专业的课程建设及人才培养,对提高学生的应用能力和实践能力产生了积极效果.
Reasearch on Practice Teaching of the Chemical Equipment Major Based on CDIO Concept—Taking Chemical Mechanical Installation and Repair Experimental Class as an Example
Based on the analysis of the current teaching situation and the implementation of the CDIO concept,three course levels of basic skills,professional application,and comprehensive innovation for chemical machinery installation and maintenance experiments have been constructed.These three levels are mutually supported and improved,and are integrated with ideological and political education,a diversified comprehensive evaluation system,a dual teacher team,and the construction of engineering practice teaching teams.A distinctive teaching form has been formed,effectively ensuring the implementation of the applied talent training route.The construction and practice of this course system highlight practical operation,cultivate industry spirit,exercise hands-on operation habits,greatly enhance students'practical interest and enthusiasm,cultivate their hands-on habits,thinking habits,and problem-solving abilities,greatly promote professional course construction and talent cultivation,and have a positive effect on im-proving students'application and practical abilities.
