To explore the application effect of case-based teaching method in the undergraduate teaching of"Medical Insur-ance",this study selected students majoring in Public Administration from the 2021 grade at Guangxi Medical University as the re-search subjects.Among them,Classes1~2 served as the control group,receiving traditional teaching methods,while Classes 3~4 com-prised the experimental group,adopting case-based teaching method.The study then analyzed the theoretical test scores and teaching satisfaction survey results from both groups.The results indicated that students in the case-based teaching group achieved higher test scores and expressed greater satisfaction.Case-based teaching not only enhances students'understanding of fundamental knowledge but also fosters innovative thinking and abilities to solve practical problems,thus warranting further research and promotion.
