摘要
"岗课赛证"综合育人模式因其内涵明确、涵盖内容广、适用性和可操作性强等特点,被认为是实现产教融合和校企合作办学方向的具体方法路径而得到了广泛的关注研究.基于前人研究,以科学内涵、融通机制、实施路径与评价反馈四部分为主,重新构建了"岗课赛证"综合育人体系,并对其体系架构进行了解读.本文以濮阳石油化工职业技术学院石油类专业为例,提出了构建适用于其人才培养的"岗课赛证"综合育人模式,具体从岗位技能要求统计分析、课程体系整合与重构、多情景教学、以赛证促教改、体系评价与反馈机制等内容进行了详细阐述,以期为高职石油类专业教育教学提供积极参考.
Abstract
Because of its clear connotation,wide coverage,applicability and strong Operability,the comprehensive education model of"Position Course Competition Certificate"is characterized,it has been widely studied as a concrete way to realize the inte-gration of industry and education and the direction of school-enterprise cooperation.Based on previous studies,this paper recon-structs the comprehensive education system of"Position Course Competition Certificate",which consists of four parts:scientific con-notation,integration mechanism,implementation path and evaluation feedback.Taking the petroleum specialty of Puyang Petro-chemical Vocational Technical College as an example,this paper puts forward a comprehensive education mode of"Position Course Competition Certificate",which is suitable for the training of its talents,this paper expounds in detail the statistical analysis of post skill requirements,the integration and reconstruction of curriculum system,multi-scene teaching,the promotion of teaching reform by competition certificate,system evaluation and feedback mechanism,etc.,in order to provide positive reference for higher voca-tional education and teaching of petroleum specialty.
