Constructing a Regional Strategic Innovation System Through University Local Cooperation Platform:A Case Study Based on Hangzhou Global Scientific and Technological Innovation Center of Zhejiang University
The university local cooperation platform,as a new type of platform built by research universities and local governments,is an effective measure for research universities to perform their social service functions,and also an important path to build a regional strategic innovation system.The university local cooperation platform,with its large resource input,multiple methods of factor allocation,and new operating system,plays a central role in optimizing the regional innovation system.However,a sustainable development mode to support the construction of regional strategic innovation system has yet to be explored.Based on the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of the university local cooperation platform,this article takes the Hangzhou Global Scientific and Technological Innovation Center of Zhejiang University as a case,analyzes its development orientation,organizational form,operating mechanism,and service system based on the analytical framework of regional innovation system and platform management theory,summarizes the experience and inspiration in constructing the university local cooperation platform,and explores the practical path and policy suggestions of the university local cooperation platform supporting the construction of a regional strategic innovation system.
