摘要

在新时代背景下,教育、科技与人才作为国家发展的三大支柱,其一体化发展对于推动教育强国建设具有深远意义.文章旨在深入探讨如何通过教育科技人才的一体化战略,为教育强国建设提供有力支撑.文章首先分析了教育、科技与人才之间的内在联系,提出了我国实施教育科技人才一体化的路径,包括深化政策协同、推动资源共享、推进成果转化、改革培养模式、加强国际合作等,随后总结了以教育现代化支撑中国式现代化建设的内在逻辑和实践探索,并对遇到的挑战和应对措施提出了战略思考.

Abstract

In the context of the new era,education,science and technology,and talent,as the three pillars of national development,are expected to show their integrated development,which has far-reaching significance for promoting the construction of a leading country in education.The purpose of this paper is to discuss in depth how to provide strong support through the integration strategy of education,science and technology and talent.We analyze the intrinsic connection between education,science and technology and talent,putting forward the path for integration of the three,including policy synergy,resource coordination and industrial application of technology,reformed talent cultivation mode,and international cooperation,etc.This paper then sums up the intrinsic logic and practical exploration in the modernization of education to support the Chinese-style modernization,and proposes a strategy for response to the challenges.
