摘要
工程创新与工程文化紧密相连,文化是推动创新的底层要素,工程创新离不开工程文化的重塑.因此,既要重视工程创新的文化,也要重视工程文化的创新.基于此,文章介绍了工程创新的认知与实践,从创新的内涵、创新的链式思维与系统思维来引出工程与工程创新的概念,围绕工程创新的系统性、复杂性、企业家精神、经济性和风险性五大基本特征进行阐述,并介绍了如何建立工程创新的系统思维方式,如何改变课程实践与社会链接的方式,以推进教育、科技、人才"三位一体"协同融合发展.最终,文章回顾了我国部分产业的追赶历程,用工程创新的理论和思维解释中国工程技术的追赶实践,建构起中国工程创新独特的非对称优势.
Abstract
Engineering innovation is closely related to engineering culture:Culture is the underlying element to promote innovation and engineering innovation is inseparable from the reshaping of engineering culture.Therefore,we should pay attention to the culture of engineering innovation,as well as to the innovation of engineering culture.Based on this,this paper introduces the cognition and practice of engineering innovation,from the connotation of innovation,the chain thinking and systems thinking of innovation,to the concept of engineering and engineering innovation.We expound the five basic characteristics of systematic and complex,entrepreneurial,economical and risky engineering innovation,and show how to establish a systems thinking mode of engineering innovation and how to change the way of curriculum practice and social link,so as to promote the coordinated and integrated development of education,science and technology and talents.Finally,this paper reviews the catch-up process of some industries in China,explaining the catch-up practice of China's engineering technology with the theory and thinking of engineering innovation,with the aim of constructing the unique asymmetric advantages of China's engineering innovation.
