Paths and Strategies for Talent-pioneered and Innovation-driven Development
Talent-pioneered and innovation-driven development,which is relevant to the strategy for developing a quality workforce,the strategy for making China a country of innovators and high-quality development strategy,is the main driving force and mechanism for realizing Chinese modernization.This study proposes a theoretical framework and four modes for talent-pioneered and innovation-driven de-velopment,namely,government-led,market-driven,socially-mobilized,and organization-self-man-aged.Based on each mode,then it puts forward four paths for implementing talent-pioneered and inno-vation-driven development and five strategies for promoting such development by combining logical reasoning with case analysis.It has made contributions to exploring the theory and mechanism for tal-ent-pioneered and innovation-driven development,giving important implications for establishing an or-ganizational system for talent-pioneered and innovation-driven development,improving relevant mech-anisms,and developing optimization strategies.
