A Study on the Impact of the Programs for High-level Scientific and Technological Professionals on Talent Introduction and Training
The implementation of programs for high-level scientific and technological talents is an im-portant means of achieving a balanced increase in the quantity and quality of the introduction and train-ing of high-end talents,as well as a vital measure to build a strong province through science and tech-nology.Based on the survey of the high-level talents in scientific and technological innovation of A Province in central China,this paper finds that the programs for high-level scientific and technological professionals have a significant impact on the ability of scientific and technological innovation,promo-tion,personal status,and growth space of those selected talents.However,there are also shortcomings in the implementation of such programs.Therefore,efforts should be made to optimize the process for talent selection and relax the restrictions on it,build a scientific and accurate mechanism for talent evaluation,establish a talent incentive system that showcases value,and create a first-class talent ecosystem.
