Research on the Impact of the Ecology of Scientific and Technological Finance on Green Technology Innovation and Regional Economic Growth
The development of the ecology of scientific and technological finance plays an important role in green technology innovation and regional economic growth.This paper constructs an ecological indicator system for the scientific and technological finance from government,enterprises,intermediaries,and market.Then it makes a weighted calculation of the ecological indicators for scientific and technological finance in 29 provinces of China from 2012 to 2021 with entropy weight TOPSIS.It also makes a regression analysis on the level of the ecology of the scientific and technological finance in the central,eastern,and western regions of China by means of building a non-parametric additive model.The results show that China is growing in the ecology of the scientific and technological finance,green technology innovation,and high-quality economic development,and the construction of the ecological model for the scientific and technological finance can significantly promote green technology innovation and regional economic growth,but the impact represents regional heterogeneity.
