A Study on the Development Status and Countermeasures of New R&D Institutions in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region
As an important component of the regional innovation system,new R&D institutions have be-come a vital carrier for local governments to promote industrial transformation and upgrading,as well as innovation-driven development.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the construc-tion of its new R&D institutions based on the data of the operation and management of those new R&D institutions in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in 2022.Then it proposes some countermeasures and suggestions according to the local reality from establishing differentiated coordination mechanisms,constructing effective cultivation and development mechanisms,and constructing more flexible mecha-nisms for attracting talents,hoping to promote the high-quality development of those new R&D institu-tions in Guangxi.
