A Study on the Characteristics and Improvement Strategies of the Investment in the R&D Funds in Jiangxi Province
This paper analyzes the characteristics and problems of the investment in the R&D funds in Jiangxi Province in recent years.The findings show that the investment in the R&D funds in Jiangxi Province has maintained a rapid growth in total amount and intensity,but there are still problems like small scale of the total amount,poor structure,and less financial investment from the government.Then it proposes measures and suggestions from strengthening the dominant role of enterprises in inno-vation,increasing financial support from the government,giving more scientific and technological fi-nance support for R&D innovation,and improving the quality of scientific and technological statistics,hoping to provide decision-making reference for Jiangxi Province to improve its R&D investment as a whole and quicken its step toward an innovative province.
