Research on the Evaluation of the Innovation Capability of Biopharmaceutical Enterprises Based on the Full Chain of Intellectual Property
This paper examines five biopharmaceutical industries including ethnic drugs of unique tradi-tional Chinese medicine,chemical medicine,biotechnology drugs,medical devices,and marine bio-medicine as well as five secondary categories and 12 subdivided technical fields.Based on the full chain model of the creation,application,protection,and management of intellectual property,it builds an index system for evaluating the innovation capability of enterprises as a way to make a comprehen-sive assessment of the innovation capability of the intellectual property of biopharmaceutical enterpri-ses.The results indicate that the biopharmaceutical industry has good innovation capability of intellec-tual property as a whole,and the chemical pharmaceutical industry stands out in the comprehensive e-valuation of the innovation capability with a significant advantage;and biopharmaceutical enterprises have a strong creative ability of intellectual property in all subdivided fields,but with poor performance in the application of intellectual property.
