Liaocheng City boasts growing technology-based enterprises,a more complete scientific and technological support system,higher working efficiency of talents,and a sounder innovation environ-ment.However,it still faces problems such as weak competitiveness of enterprises,difficulty in obtai-ning technology projects,and a shortage of high-level talents.In the context of developing new pro-ductive forces,Liaocheng City,a small and medium-sized city,should focus on cultivating market players,making more breakthroughs,building platforms,facilitating the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements,promoting cooperation,gathering talents,providing services,and op-timizing the environment in line with local conditions.It should also accelerate the building of a devel-opment pattern for scientific and technological innovation by improving its weak links and developing its strengths,hoping to promote the multiplier effect of new productive forces with the addition of scientific and technological innovation.
