网上展馆中数字技术的"在场-共情"效应研究

随着数字技术发展及应用,网上展馆已成为文化传播的重要模式之一,在数字赋能的身临其境与情感共鸣双重作用下,形成了一种"在场-共情"效应.虽已有研究关注并阐释了网上展馆的数字创新逻辑,且体现了其心理层面的潜在影响,但鲜有关注更深层次的在场规律,以及由此激发的共情作用.基于此,研究模拟了这一场景,通过隐喻抽取法,邀请多位网上展馆图片观察者,在结合访谈调研的基础上,探讨"在场-共情"的内在联系.研究发现,网上展馆中数字技术的"在场-共情"效应包括"情感共情与身心体验""认知共情与身心交往""心理超越与记忆再现"三层面特征及对应规律,系统阐释了"在场-共情"于"身心记忆"层面的意义延伸.
Research on the "Presence-empathy" Effect of Digital Technologies in Online Exhibition Halls
With the development and application of digital technologies,online exhibition halls have become one of the important modes of cultural dissemination.The dual effects of immersion and emo-tional resonance empowered by digital technologies produce a"presence-empathy"effect.Studies has focused on and elucidated the digital innovation logic of online exhibition halls,and reflected their po-tential psychological impact.However,little attention has been paid to the deeper rules of presence and the empathetic effects inspired.Therefore,this study simulates this scene and invites those who observe the images from online exhibition halls with metaphor extraction to explore the intrinsic connec-tion between"presence-empathy"based on interviews and surveys.It has found that the"presence-empathy"effect of digital technology in online exhibition halls includes three levels of characteristics and corresponding rules,namely,"emotional empathy and physical and psychological experience","cognitive empathy and physical and psychological communication",and"psychological transcendence and memory reproduction",systematically explaining the meaning extension from the"presence-em-pathy"and"physical and psychological memory".
