Research on the Supply-demand Matching Attributes of Knowledge Services Based on the Entropy Weight-dEMATEL Evaluation Model
There are both providers and demanders of knowledge resources in the process of knowledge services.How to examine the providers and demanders of knowledge services from a systematic analysis perspective has become a problem that needs to be solved.This paper selects the supply-demand matching relationship in the process of knowledge services,and constructs a supply-demand matching system for knowledge services by combining the requirements of knowledge services.It also builds a corresponding matching evaluation index system by analyzing the relevant factors that affect the supply-demand matching system.It proposes an entropy weight-DEMATEL bidirectional evaluation model to analyze the matching evaluation indicators according to the causal relationship between the supply and demand of knowledge services.Then it identifies those matching attributes suitable for the supply and demand of knowledge services on the basis of the supply-demand matching relationship of knowledge services.This analysis of the supply-demand matching attributes of knowledge services remedies defi-ciencies like single methods of supply-demand matching and less evaluation indicators,and provides theoretical support for improving the quality of knowledge services.
