The Evaluation and Improvement Strategy of Industrial FDI Quality in Anhui Province
The industrial FDI quality index system is constructed by four indexes,including the proportion of actual utilization of FDI,the actual average scale of FDI,the actual arrival rate of FDI,and the FDI performance index.Based on the FDI data of Anhui Province from 2010 to 2020,the industrial FDI qualities of 16 industries of Anhui Province are evaluated by using entropy method.The results show that the FDI quality of industry is high,and there is an imbalance of FDI quality in services.It is suggested to improve industrial FDI quality by maintaining the advantage of industry FDI,balancing FDI quality of services,and setting up an online and offline dual-channel platform for FDI promotion.
