摘要
基于资源保存理论和差序格局理论,采用层次回归的分析方法,对来自企业内部问卷调研的374个样本进行实证分析.研究发现:差序式领导对员工的亲上级非伦理行为有显著正向影响;上下级关系在差序式领导对员工亲上级非伦理行为的影响中起中介作用;人情导向在差序式领导对员工亲上级非伦理行为的影响中起调节作用.
Abstract
Based on conservation of resources theory and differential pattern theory,hierarchical regression analysis is adopted to analyze 374 samples from internal questionnaire survey.It is found that differential leadership has a significant positive impact on employees'unethical pro-supervisor behavior.Subordinate-leader relationship plays a mediating role in the influence of differential leadership on employees'unethical pro-supervisor behavior.Human feelings orientation plays a moderating role in the influence of differential leadership on unethical pro-supervisor behavior.
