Effect of Production Factors on Properties of Castable Asphalt Mixture
The performance of GMA asphalt mixture is significantly affected by production factors,and it is difficult for indoor small mixing equipment to simulate the actual production situation.The real production process of GMA mixture is simulated by Cooker to study the influence of different production factors on the performance of castable asphalt mixture.The research shows that when the Cooker controls the mixing temperature and mixing time of the mixture,the performance of the GMA mixture is controllable.The mixing time of the Cooker should be controlled in 2.5～3 h,and the accuracy of the amount of asphalt in the production process should be controlled within±0.2％to stabilize the performance of the mixture.The impact toughness test data of casting molding is more stable than that of cutting test data,and the preparation method of casting molding should be adopted as far as possible.
