预制桥墩灌浆套筒连接型式研究现状综述

为了解现有学者针对预制桥墩常用灌浆套筒连接型式的研究进展,总结 目前研究的不足,通过规范标准及现有文献等广泛调研分析,从常用类型、力学性能、施工及质量控制等方面针对灌浆套筒连接型式进行总结分析.研究表明:需考虑施工便捷性及经济性对灌浆套筒连接型式进行改进,且应明确灌浆料抗拉强度与弹性模量相关检测要求;灌浆套筒连接型式黏结强度现有技术公式普适性及适用性不强,需综合考虑各项研究成果进一步深入研究;现有灌浆密实度缺陷无损检测技术的实用性有待进一步验证,同时其检测精度需进一步明确;灌浆工艺在现有技术基础上,需进一步升级改造,并完善其施工质量控制指标及标准.
Research Summary of Connection Status of Grouting Sleeve for Prefabricated Bridge Pier
In order to understand the research progress of existing scholars on commonly used grouting sleeve connection types for prefabricated bridge piers,the shortcomings of their current research is summarized.Through extensive research and analysis of normative standards and existing literature,the types of grouting sleeve connections in terms of common types,mechanical properties,construction,and quality control are summarized and analyzed.Research has shown that it is necessary to consider the convenience and economy of construction to improve the connection type of grouting sleeves,and to clarify the testing requirements related to the tensile strength and elastic modulus of grouting materials.The universality and applicability of existing technical formulas for the bonding strength of grouting sleeve connection types are not strong,and further in-depth research is needed based on comprehensive consideration of various research results.The practicality of existing non-destructive testing techniques for grouting compactness defects needs to be further verified,and their detection accuracy needs to be further clarified.On the basis of existing technology,the grouting process needs to be further upgraded and improved,and its construction quality control indicators and standards need to be improved.
